Hydraulic Control Valve Parts Removal
September 19, 2023
The hydraulic control valve is a hydraulic pressure control valve. The hydraulic control valve consists of a main valve and its attached conduit, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge. According to the purpose of use, function and place can be developed into remote control float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow control valve, pressure relief valve, hydraulic electric control valve, water pump control valve.
The filter should be installed before the hydraulic control valve and it should be easy to discharge.
The hydraulic control valve is a self-lubricating valve body that utilizes water, and no additional lubrication is required. In the event that a component in the main valve is damaged, dismantle it according to the following instructions. (Note: In general, the inner valve consumes damage to the diaphragm and ○ ring, and other internal parts are less damaged)
1. Close the main valve front and rear gate valves first.
2. Loosen the pipe fitting screw on the main valve cover to release the pressure in the valve.
3. Remove all screws, including nuts for the necessary copper tubes in the control line.
4. Take the valve cover and spring.
5. Remove the shaft, diaphragm, piston, etc., and do not damage the diaphragm.
6. After removing the above items, check if the diaphragm and O ring are damaged. If there is no damage, please do not compete for internal parts.
7. If it is found that the diaphragm or O-ring is damaged, loosen the nut on the shaft and disassemble the diaphragm or ring by the Zhejiang, and replace it with a new diaphragm or O-ring.
8. Check in detail whether the internal valve seat, shaft core, etc. of the main valve are damaged, if any other debris is cleared inside the main valve.
9. Install the main valve in the reverse order and replace the assembled parts. Note that the valve cannot be stuck.
